Artisan Homes have several communities throughout the Valley. One of their hottest projects to date has been the Artisan Lofts on Central or the Artisan Lofts on Osborn. These unique floor plans range from 1,200 sq feet up to 3,000! Polished concrete floors, amazing views and architecturally stimulating floor plans are their specialty! Prices range from the low 200's to 1 Million.
Timeless elegance. Once in a lifetime, urban art deco living! This building is so awesome! This was built back in 1931 and is one of the few Art Deco buildings left in Arizona. In the "Heart of Downtown" this property will wow your guests with a lobby adorned with decorative metal designs, etched glass and a marble staircase.
